Gunfire has been heard across the Hive, and rumors are spreading of organized scum gangs preparing for something bigger. These groups have begun seizing ammunition depots. Ammunition is becoming scarce in parts of the Hive.
If an Ammo Roll results in a 1, 2, or 3, the test is treated as failed. The weapon is treated as having the Scarce trait and is considered out of ammo for the rest of the game.

Trade routes have fallen to organized underhive raiders, causing shortages across the Hive.
This month, the authorities demand an additional tithe of 80 credits from all gangs to fund operations against the raiders.
Any gang that fails to pay is declared an Outlaw.
Restoring their standing costs 250 credits.
